Remote Support Helpdesk (non-contract customers only)

The cost for remote support is £1 per minute and will last for no longer than 30 minutes (additional 30 minute sessions can be requested if required)

Advice Line (non-contract customers only)

If you are just looking for technical advice please call: 0905 789 0143 calls cost 80p (VAT inclusive) per minute from standard BT line and will last no longer that 20 minutes. Calling from other telephone networks may cost more. Please note that all calls will be recorded for security and training purposes.
